Join John Hirdes and George Heckman, University of Waterloo as they discuss an initiative where they trained members of the public who volunteer at community organizations to support group advance care planning activity sessions. The sessions aimed to inform, promote conversation and break down barriers and stigmas around these conversations. The volunteers experiences were investigated along with how to best encourage older adults to come to the session.
