Baycrest, in partnership with North East Specialized Geriatric Centre, is recruiting for the Fall 2019 program of "Project ECHO Care of the Elderly Long-Term Care (ECHO COE LTC), a telehealth education program that aims to help primary care providers build capacity in the care of older adults through weekly 60-minute videoconference sessions.
