October 25-26, 2019 at the Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff, Alberta.  This 2 day conference features Dr. Helen Lavretsky as this year's keynote speaker. She will be kicking off the meeting with a talk on the neurobiology of resilience in older adults and Dr. Krista Lanctot will be giving a plenary talk on cannabis for BPSD. To learn more click here.

Join presenters Dr. Arne Stinchcombe and Dr. Kimberley Wilson as they describe the socio-historical context of LGBTQ+ older adults in Canada and highlight some of the findings from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA). There will be a particular focus on data showing health disparities among sexual minority participants and the importance of social networks and implications for policy and practice.
